The creation of Three One Two has been a dream more than a decade in the making. Beginning with hands-on experience in the construction industry and later returning to higher education to become a qualified Architectural Technologist and BCIN-certified designer, each step has shaped the way I approach design.

Over the past ten years, working across different sides of the industry has given me a unique perspective and many different lenses through which to view a project. That experience continues to influence how I design—balancing creativity with function, practicality, and the realities of construction.

From the initial conversations about what matters most to each client, through concept design and material selections, to detailed construction drawings and the final stages of the build, Three One Two is involved throughout the process. The goal is to create thoughtful, well-considered spaces that bring each client's vision to life and feel just as good to live in as they looked on paper.
